Bodybuilding is probably one of the dumbest hobbies you can pick up. You eat the same food every day, train until you feel like throwing up, and your social life takes a back seat for months at a time.
But for some of us, it just clicks. There's something about watching your body change from the ground up — knowing it's all built off your own discipline — that's addicting as hell. That's what keeps me going, and it's why I started coaching.
I've been a client of Tommy John since before I ever stepped on stage. I started competing in 2024 and I'm still in it — still prepping, still learning, still improving every single week. I coach from where I am, not from where I used to be.
The people I work with aren't looking for a shortcut. They just want someone who's genuinely in this with them, who understands the process, and who's going to be honest about what it actually takes.
